Thank you for choosing Your Vietnam Travel — your trusted local expert for authentic journeys across Vietnam and Indochina.

Before confirming your booking, please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. They outline both your rights and obligations, as well as ours, ensuring transparency and a seamless experience from the moment you inquire until your journey ends.

By confirming a booking with Your Vietnam Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email. Once your booking request is received, our team will issue a confirmation invoice along with payment details. A deposit is required to secure your reservation, and the balance must be paid according to the terms below.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Deposit and Final Payment

For Agents

You will be notified via email when your balance payment is due — 30 days before the departure date. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us in advance and provide all relevant details including Booking Reference, Guest Name(s), Tour Code, and Arrival Date.

All prices quoted by Your Vietnam Travel are in USD/VND/JPY/AUD/SGD/EUR/MYR/CAD and are per person, unless otherwise specified.

Payments and refunds are processed in USD/VND only.

Your Vietnam Travel is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of booking and the time of refund or final payment.

For Clients (Direct Bookings)

A deposit of 15-30% of the total package price is required within 3 days of booking confirmation.

Final payment is required upon arrival in Vietnam, unless otherwise stated in your invoice.

Certain airfares or special services may require full prepayment at the time of booking, in which case you will be informed in advance.

3. Payment Method

To ensure secure and transparent transactions, Your Vietnam Travel only accepts payments made to the official company bank account or through One Pay (company-verified gateway).

All related bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation date will be the date when written notice is received by Your Vietnam Travel.

Standard Charges (based on number of days before arrival):

Time Before Arrival Cancellation Fee:

• More than 56 days: Loss of deposit (10% per person)
• 56–30 days: 20% of total booking price
• 29–15 days: 50% of total booking price
• Less than 14 days / No-show: 100% of total booking price

Note: No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a tour once it has commenced.

5. Changes by the Client

Requests to modify an existing booking (e.g., change of travel dates, hotels, itinerary, or participants) must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Any additional costs arising from such modifications will be borne by the client.

6. Changes by the Company

In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances — such as flight cancellations, weather disruptions, or government restrictions — Your Vietnam Travel reserves the right to adjust itineraries, hotel arrangements, or transportation. Whenever possible, equivalent or higher-value alternatives will be offered. If such changes are not acceptable, clients may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the situation.

7. Travel Insurance

All travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of belongings, trip cancellation, or curtailment. Your Vietnam Travel shall not be liable for any loss or expense resulting from the client’s failure to secure adequate insurance coverage.

8. Responsibility & Liability

Your Vietnam Travel acts as a tour operator and booking agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. While we carefully select reliable partners, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third parties or by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics). We, however, commit to doing our utmost to ensure your comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout your journey.

9. Complaints & Disputes

Should any issue arise during your trip, please notify your guide or our local representative immediately so we can resolve the matter promptly. Complaints not raised during the trip may not be considered later. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of Vietnam and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vietnam.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
